Rev. Larry S. Bullock has a passion for winning lost souls to Christ. His greatest joy is in seeing sinners come to Jesus and in teaching, pastoring, and nurturing saints so that “above all else, their souls prosper.”

Rev. Larry S. Bullock, MPA, MDiv., is the Founder, Senior Pastor and Teacher of Living Faith Cathedral Worship Center Church of Schaumburg, Illinois. Pastor Bullock served previously as the Associate Pastor and Director of Evangelism and Men's Ministry at Ebenezer AMEC in Evanston, IL. Pastor Bullock served two years as Chairman of the Schaumburg-Hoffman Estates Clergy Association [SHECA], which consists of AMEC, Assemblies of God, Catholic, Lutheran, Nondenominational, Jewish Congregations, United Methodist, Baptist, Christian Scientist, Mennonite, Islamic, Presbyterian and other denominations. It is the hope of the SHECA constituents that these combined ministries would become better able to serve as one in the Body of Christ under Pastor Bullock’s passionate leadership. Rev. Bullock has served as Chaplain-on-Call for St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates for the last four years and is currently on the Board of Directors of Journey from PADS to HOPE, a ministry which aids in ending homelessness in the northwest surburbs of Chicago.

Pastor Bullock holds two Masters' degrees, receiving his Masters of Divinity from McCormick Theological Seminary, Chicago, Illinois and a Masters of Public Administration from Roosevelt University, Chicago, Illinois. He is active in community affairs and Ecumenical work. He is a former member of the Illinois House of Representatives, having served as a state legislator for eight years. Moreover, Pastor Bullock is a bi-vocational clergy person. His professional positions span thirty years of executive and administrative pursuits. He is the former President/CEO of April Cobra Enterprises, which specializes in Construction Management, Environmental Engineering and Real Estate Development. He is presently Vice President of Stewart Title Guaranty [STG] Company, MidAmerica Region G-Emergent Market Development [2^nd largest Title Insurance Company in America]. Moreover, as the Founder and President of the Suburban Black Contractors Association, he continues to extend his ministry to help small emerging Minority-Women owned and operated firms in the Metropolitan Chicago communities. Pastor Bullock is a recipient of many State and National citations for Outstanding Public Service and professional accomplishments. He has participated in numerous National Conferences as a guest lecturer on Evangelism, Church Growth, Spiritual Transformation and corporate responsibility in the twenty first century. 

Rev. Bullock preaches with passion, love, fervor and possesses an unequivocal dedication to the Master’s Great Commission, knowing that Jesus Christ saves those whom come by faith to the altar of sacrifice.

He forever reminds everyone of the words of the Apostle which says, "...without faith it is impossible to please him(God)..." (Hebrews 11:6).

Rev. Bullock has been married to his best friend, Dr. Gloria Estell Bullock, for over thirty three years. They have two children, Rick Bullock and April Estell Bullock, along with four grandsons, Rick, Jr., Armand, Avery, and Jayden.
